    5月16日 工作笔记

    貌似我快要从穿小白衣的面包女升级为穿小红衣的了，有点小激动，不过更多的是紧张。恩，我要加油，要升级成功。
    昨天头一次上8点的班，6点15就得从床上爬起来，很不清醒，于是刚去店里就犯错~~thinly slice 听成了 thickly slice，被我切坏的还是贵贵的megagrain...接下来一个顾客递给我一张买一个specialty loaf 送一个specialty loaf 的coupon,我居然没有发现上面印着valid May 1 through June 1, 2008. 送了她一个大大的vienna, 结果当然是挨骂加赔钱。后来我才意识到，即使那张coupon没有到期，我也得挨骂，我忘了vienna不是specialty loaf...
    有趣的是老板没有对我咆哮，她居然没有对我咆哮！太难得了，随着阳光慢慢照耀大地，我也终于把自己push到了清醒的边缘。
    煎熬8个小时以后，老板送了我一句：今天不错~~我硬是激动得没说出话来啊，从店里出来直接去对面新开的零食店买了5盒巧克力庆祝，怎么那么便宜呢？5盒5刀哦!
     
    总结：
    切面包的时候要记得确认下sandwich or toast
    coupon来了要仔细看那些数字
    specialty loaf 是$4.10以上的所有面包加上turkish bread
    pane de casa是Italian sourdough, san francisco sourdough是low GI, ciabatta是light sourdough
    kaisa店里没有，类似pasta dura和knot roll
